Split Pea Soup Berlin-style

For this recipe you will need:

 
 
  • green peas (canned) – 200g
  • green onion – 40g
  • onion – 1 / 2 pcs.
  • carrots – 1 / 2 pcs.
  • celery root – 30g
  • bacon (smoked) – 50g
  • Water – 2 cups
  • black pepper (ground), salt – to taste.
 
 

Heat the peas in the filling, then wipe. Green onions cut in rings, onions, roots and slice the bacon into small cubes, fry.

Split Pea soup with apples


 

Ingredients

   
 
  • water – 2 liters
  • Lamb – 500g
  • Peas – 1 / 2 cup
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • Potatoes – 2.
  • tomato paste- 1 tbsp
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • salt
  • butter, fresh herbs – to taste.
 
 

Meat slices lightly beat off, fry in oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry until cooked. Onion rings fried in vegetable oil, add rice, cover with hot broth and simmer on low heat. to the cooked rice add green peas, boil. Add grated apple. Serve with grilled meat.

Thick pea soup


 

For this recipe you will need:

 
 
  • frozen split peas – 500g
  • Potatoes – 400g
  • set soup vegetables – 200g
  • pork Loin – 100g
  • broth – 750 ml
  • onions – 2 pcs.
  • sausages (boiled) – 4 pcs.
  • marjoram
  • thyme – to taste
  • salt
  • pepper – to taste.
 
 

Peel and chop potatoes, slice pork loin and onions. Onions and brisket put in a bowl and put in a sealed container for 3 minutes at 100%. Add split peas, potatoes and soups range of vegetables, pour all the broth and simmer for 23-24 minutes at full heat.

Then add sliced sausage, spices, and cook for another 11 – 12 minutes at 70% heat. At the end of cooking add salt and pepper and serve.
